I'm looking for some cheap (50-60$) european dedicated hosting. Any western european country should be ok, except France.
At least 50GB or 256kb/s, and english support/website are required
do you have any hosts to advise me about using ?

I've never had any servers with them but www.iracks.org seems a good deal... anyway I can't say if they are good or bad.
iracks seems pretty cool

Yes, but consider that their minimum contract is 1 year.
I'll be glad if you could post here a review if you order a server from them, as I am very interested too. :)
