Anyone had experience (good or bad) with a reseller by the name of Gemstream?

I believe they are an alabanza reseller themselves. Last I saw, reselling with them means you pay per account. Are you looking for something like that? Most Cpanel hosts sell bulks space and data transfer for you to create accounts as you like (keeping costs fixed).

I have been with them for a while, and have been pleased. They stopped using Alabanza last summer. They now offer bulk reseller programs for pretty low prices. I believe they use the Hsphere platform.

Just signed with Gemstream this weekend for the reseller package. I am very very impressed with these guys. I am looking to stay for a quite sometime.

Tested their site from work on a DS3 connection. Their server responds faster than our intranet sites do! VERY FAST!

They are very responsive to emails. Please don't sign with them if you don't know what your doing. Their H-Sphere is very advanced.

If you want a good provider that you can call 24/7 by toll free number and have them hold your hand then Valueweb.net is right for you. They have Excellent customer service and have not experienced downtime for the 8 years I was with them.

Valueweb's reseller program should be a bit more generous I think.
