I had a site hosted with them a long. long time ago, and never recieved a single support reply at all. I see they haven't changed much since then. I found them to be the worst host I ever used in regards to support levels, and vowed to never become anything remotely like them when I started my own business. :D So I guess some good does come out of their poor attitude.

they tried to impersanate me before to transfer a domain from nsi to them

I received an e-mail wanting to confirm then 5 mins later one saying it doesnt look like a match. They tried to forge my e-mail addy.

Too bad you don't offer phone support 24/7. This business of 'email us, we'll get back to you' is for the birds.

seems to work. No-one hosted with us has complained of not having their problems looked at and responded too within a decent amount of time.

lol...what about Addr`s resller program....they`ve been "testing" it for like 4 years now literally. That`s funny.
