need a asp or CF quiz kinda. Running on win2000

1. 10 questions
2. each question will have 4 mutiple choice questions
3. writes the info to a DB, prolly SQL 2k or access.

I want to be able to edit the questions and and the choices.
Any offers? and how much?

I will need to add stuff to it later that hotscripts doesn't have. Would like to have one person to work on it.
