Is there anybody out that who would want to join forces to create an Open Source GPL'd Windows NT hosting control panel?

There aren't many out there, and they are all commercial products.

Any thoughts?

Microsoft has an asp application that demostrate how to use Active Directory to develop control panel. The code is probably not GPL. But its free.
