Is there webmail program that will tie into the useraccounts already on system. Freebsd4.2 running sendmail and pop3.

We use SquirrelMail. It connects to the server via IMAP. Pretty powerful program.

I want to provide the facility to check any pop email from my site. Have you installed it successfully in your linux server. Please help us too.

We have Mail Fetch installed and it works like a charm. Installing plugins is easier than blowing your nose. :)

Have you tried installing it? It's pretty straight forward. It has a little configure script that is really put together nicely. Also, do you have IMAP running? W/o that Squirrel Mail won't log in. What IMAP program are you running? Squirrel Mail needs to know that too.
