But most people who receive spam have no idea of the intricacies of such things -- as evidenced by the fact that right here in this forum are people involved in web hosting who didn't know! Spammers obscure their IPs because it makes it a little more difficult to find them. Fortunately, though, that's becoming less true all the time. |
