I was wondering if its possible to setup Exchange and MDaemon both on one server? I want to have MDaemon controlled by a Control Panel that supports it (Hosting Accelerator) for regualr customer accounts, while some cutomers want an Exchange account and for that, I wanna set up the Exchange 2003.

I don't see you having any problems just so long as you have at least two IP addresses and bind exchange to one and MDaemon to the other. Depending on which version of exchange you are using it might be a hassle though.
