Hello,

I use to be a Enom Reseller, when they started offering hosting services and starts to compete with my business, I find it "insulting" and Un-ethical.

Not to mention there support is lousy and I cant evn login to my control panel now...

I am eyeing the OnlineNIC.com, they seem cool... anyone can give me there comments about them?

Thanks
Scout

Some time back I switched to enom from onlinenic. The main problem with onlinenic is their

1) open price,
2) rather bad API
3) good support on small issues, very bad support on critical issues
4) poor transfer process
5) lack of automation
6) bad site (If my end user asks where I'm getting his domain from and I send him to onlinenic's site... he gets bad impression that I'm getting his domain from some cheap registrar)

Now I am with enom and invested $6950 to become ETP and get $6.95 price.

Their hosting offer is like a kick at wrong place...! Don't intend to leave enom, but plan to work on their API to built "namecheap" o "registerfly" kind of thing... lets see what happens next!

Gee, thats sad... but I dont intend to spend $ 6,950.00 to become an ETP. I mean domain registration is on the sides for me, I only focus on hosting.

Anyone else got better suggestions, registrars, or solutions?

BTW, Thanks Bagfull! =)

The truth!

I want to add, that for 2 years at Onlinenic
I didn't see ANY progress! From 12 months they start
Template 4 and still have not started! And the market
goes forward, but without Onlinenic!

But I'll like to add one thing.... if you need personalized attention on small issues, onlinenic is good, the things are done instantly (small ones)... enom takes minimum 24-48 hours to sort out same issues...!

Yes, always is possible " simply to talk with them "! :)

Last time, when I have asked their support for help (after
updating PHP 4.3 - 12-13 months ago) they so have got
confused, that I have preferred to solve a problem
independently!
I do not want to work with company which develop
slow than my own company! They pull me back!
