I'm setting up an FTP server on my home box (Windows XP). I have about 20 people that need to upload/download. I've already got the FTP server working, setup each user account, and have it so that each user has a default folder.

I however want to make it so all 20 people can access one group folder that I will upload stuff to for everyone to download. How can I make it so that when people login to the FTP server that they can see this group folder from their default folder?
