I would like to install some kind of stats program or script for my domains on my Raq4 with Rackshack. Something that is very detailed would be best.
Anyone have any recommendations of what I should get?

Do you just install it by the server interface?

Aloha
yes
you use your server admin interface go to
Maintenance >
then on the links above choose the "Install Software" Link
just like you are installing any package
webalizer is a great little free package that will give you good stats
it will be available afterwards by reaching
www.domain.com/stats
I think webalizer 2 is at
www.domain.com/~stats
I did not bother to upgrade to ver 2 as the 1. version is doing just fine for me
any of your usernames that are set up for your account(domain) or your main admin password will allow you to see the stats
a quick note you will have to wait till your cron runs so you will not see your stats usually till the next day unless you run it manually

I just installed it however.
www.domain.com/stats
or
www.domain.com/~stats
does not exist.
Do I have to reboot? or restart any services? or do I have to wait till cron runs?

You have to wait until cron runs. The 'stats' directory will be created automatically for all the virtual sites you have.
