personally because Ive never used them but when I open my hosting company one of my accounts will be 7.95$ Ive done that math and am willing to live with the margin to help people that need it to afford hosting..I still make a small profit off that account..I would imagine they do as well:)

No reason to comment negatively on HostRocket at all...

Because it seems they are quite responsible hosts, have a lot of satisfied clients, and enjoy a pretty much good reputation in this forum.

Only very, very good things to say about hostrocket. They are very responsible to their clients, and they truly care about their clients. I would not hesitate for a minute to sign up for one of their accounts.

Its all a matter of profit margins.
You can provide a lot for $10 and still be making a 100%+ mark up.

Well, like already said, Hostrocket is a very stable, good and freindly host, according to most of the guys who come in here. :) So your website should be safe with them :)

HostRocket seems to be a good host from the postings on this forum.

Also, they are hosting on Alabanza which means you get almost everything you need (something I need and don't get from Alabanza as yet - JSP support, IP-less Sub-domains on the control panel to save money).

Their control panel is very intuitive and so even newbies will find it easy setting up their website.

So you can go for any Alabanza based host - HostRocket is one of the recommended ones by the Gods of this forum. In any case, just check the quality of their after-sales support and their long-term support.
