We are currently designing a hosting admin system for us and our resellers.
so that we can keep control over clients, check billings, send emails to everyone and also on specific packages,
Sending billing warnings, sending invoices, auto account creatation.
All this with its own ordering form system, total automation.

Basically with out us not going into too much details regarding it - what sort of features would you want and need to have in an admin system to control your clients.

Basically you will be with us every set of the way, to start with the system will work with worldpay internet payment solutions. What other billing systems should it work with?

For features:

I'm not really familiar with WHM yet, but I've been using Sphera, and it doesn't have the option of limiting much. Your system should allow admins to limit absolutely every aspect of a hosting account.

Well - the plan is to have it as a customer "keep track of" and such, not a WHM replacement.

Just basically a billing admin system/order form/email sender if they are abusing/bw gone over/links to payment gateway/setups new accounts and can delete/suspend.

Ill put forward to change the actual aspects of the accounts although - i think people would rather go into WHM?
