Migrate RAQ3 to RAQ 550

I have a Raq 3 server , but i want move all the data and user info to new raq 550 .
Does Anyone has any sollution ?

I also want to install phpmyadmin and mysql to raq550 , Does anyone know where can i find the PKG file ?

I don't install phpMyAdmin from a package, I feel it's best to install it from their website.
