I aware that lately, the charge back on hosting company is escalating (especially the one that is using a third party cc processor -- 2CO, PaySystems, etc).
I'd like to ask following questions:
1. Do you know any invoicing system that has the ability (like a check box or something) that must be checked before customer makes their payment. The check box is like "myPaySystems.com will appear in your credit card statement" and things like that.
2. Does Clientexec or Whoiscart support this?
Thank You

For 2checout, paysystem, or any other thirs party merchants, credit card transaction must be done through their websites. It's a violation of their policy for you to enter their credit card information for them. Therefore, all of them will have a statement such as "<Third Party Merchant Name> will be appear in your credit card monthly statement" or similiar sentence like this. Your customers will also be required to click and agree with the statement while checking out your services.
Clientexec and other invoicing softwares will redirect your customers to the third party merchant's website, then return to the software to validate if it's the transaction has been passed. Therefore, the software itself doesn't really need to have that feature included, your third party merchant will do the job for you to avoid chargebacks.
Edit:
However, it's also a good idea to include such statement in your TOS and welcome email to avoid confussion.

Yes I know that all of the transaction will be made through their web site. But of course you know customers now-a-day. They are too lazy to read the warning on paysystems page.
That's why I need something like "If you check-list the box, means you understand that myPaysystems.com will appear in your credit card statement".
So If someday they issue a chargeback, I have a proof that the customer already know that the payment is made through paysystems and my company doesn't offer a refund policy.

While I don't see that makes so much different between showing it on your website or on the third party website. They are required to click the checkbox before they can continue, arbitrary means they have to read the line before they proceed.
Anyway, I know MB and CE can do it. MB can do exactly what you described up there. CE can add a required Yes/No field in the signup form.
As this to be said, it probably won't help you much against chargebacks.

2CO do have that check list box while paysystems doesn't. That's why I need it (because I'm using paysystems)
