I'm located in Saskatchewan, Canada. I want to provide dial-up access to my customers, but do not have sufficient funds to start up an actual ISP. So, I'm wondering what advice you have for reselling the services of another ISP.

I saw another thread on this, but the ISP's mentioned did not have dial-up access numbers in this province. :(

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank-You!

Not a solution but rather a comment. Quite a while back this subject came up for a while. At the end of a lot of looking around by many people and from the experience of some that did go ahead and do it, it seems the entry costs are quite high, and the level of support required to maintain a client base is also a lot higher than hosting.

In quite a few cases people eventually just phased it out as it wasn't worth the time and effort required to keep it running.

Something to consider...
