recently I just sign up for their reseller plan and the first and few day support is good but it have been more then 48 hours and they have not reply my mail and i have some problem with them.

anyone know what happen ?
i'm unable to get support from them now and also i have email some question abt their webhosting control
coz i just told that i can set diffrent limit or HDD space and bandwidth but from the control panel i can only chose custobize plan they have been although i can change the bandwidth from there. and also they have told me that i can gib my customber a delicted ip. (if i want can get from their ip pool) but they are no ip pool in the control panel and have email them the request but up till now no support was given.
all i have to say for the firsdt few days i have some question and email them and they gib me a good support but these few days support when down (are they on holiday?)
Now i still waiting for their email......
hope that my cust can tolerate with me. :(
