We will monitor and adminstor your server(s) 24 hour a day 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Your server will be monitored from our central server. what this will allow is if and when your server goes down we will be notified imediately. We have numerous servers in many different locations monitoring our customer servers to help keep track of server downtime and when an outage occurs both champion server administration and you our customer will be notifiied immediately by our monitoring system.
