Hey all.
My friend owns a reseller, and is hosting my domain there. My nameserver info is correct, and there are no mistakes in her cPanel. However, something is messed up with the IP addresses. Instead of going to my site, you're taken to a random blog or a forum. I have never seen either of these before. I have no idea why this is happening. Can someone help me and tell me how to change the IP address to the correct one? Thank you so much.

From what I can discern, either
1. Your webhost has pointed the A record for your domain to the wrong IP
2. (more likely) Your webhost hasn't set up a virtualhost for onlyheart.org and as such, it's serving the default vhosts (*******it people learn what *:_default_ does)

Also tell them to ensure that they have correct pointer records for each IP, it's only good practise.

Which isn't it? there's not going to be anything else. Your site resolves to an IP owned by your hosting company, therefore they either have a screwed up virtualhost or an incorrect IP.
