Is there any relationship between the service offered & the site it is being offered?

It's bit confusing. For example VO doesnt have the best site of the web; but they offer a great service; Otherhand tera-byte & wzpro have good sites with good support. ***** is in otherside-Good site with terrible support!!!

I have found that you can't judge the expected level of service by your interpretaion of the site design.
"Can't judge a book by it's cover" sort of thing.

Thats why I said we are in such a weired world;

But for a good host - a good design is a plus; For a bad host - a good design is a trap :stickout
