Your nameservers do not show as being registered in the internic.net database. I would suggest that you go to networksolutions.com and find the host form and register your nameservers. It does not cost you a thing and it will get you nameservers registered.

If I close a new domain name under ".com" like "mynameserver.com"

And also put a 2 new accounts with
ns1.mynameserver.com > 216.12.215.108
ns2.mynameserver.com > 216.12.215.109
and also my old
ns1.smartpack.gr with 216.12.215.108
ns2. smartpack with 216.12.215.109

This will be working? or i will take a error message again

I don't think so. Each nameserver will have to have a unique IP number.

I don't quite get it - surely these two IP's are unique?

ns1.smartpack with 216.12.215.108
ns2.smartpack with 216.12.215.109

I might have the same problem - the two IP 's I want to use for my nameservers are 216.12.208.17 and 216.12.208.149 ...

As I understood his post, he was suggesting that he put two new nameservers on the same ip's as the two old ones. i.e. run 4 nameservers on 2 ip's. You would need 4 ip's.
