I was checking out the HE offer in the colocation forum and the prices seem to be fairly good. I was wondering if anyone has and long term exeperience they would care to share (6+ months) and how the support is and how has the stability been for you.

Thanks in advance

Well... you could try to contact www.futurahost.com (futurahost@futurahost.com) and ask them for their opinion.

They've been working with HE.net (Fremont) for a long time.

Hope this helps ;)

their pricing is way too low and you, of all people, should know that if its too good to be true, it is usually bad =]

We've had the majority of our dedicated environment hosted at Hurricane Electric (San Jose and then migrated to Fremont), since 1998... overall, it has been an excellent experience.

More so in terms of quality than customer service, per se, but then again we don't really need that much human intervention, just the pipe and rackspace.

IMHO, it depends on who you go through for the HE bandwidth. However, one thing I will say about the support is that they don't have the brightest people working there (they're all working at Peer1) ;). Just my 0.02 cents.
