How is freebsd diff from redhat? I have been using redhat for about 2-3 years now . Since this big news i'll be going to freebsd.

Are there anything diff about them?
As in commands ect? Please help :/ .
Also is cpanel as stable on freebsd?

CPanel seems to be running fine for me with FreeBSD. Commands are pretty similar. I'd suggest you read up on FreeBSD before using it. FreeBSD is more stable, secure, and VERY easy to update IMHO. I like it so far :D.
