I am not very familiar with Frontpage.

An account is created through PSA and Frontpage is enabled.

=================
FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.
==================

Do you know how to fix this problem?

It says it can't find FrontPage extensions on the server.
So maybe they were installed wrong or something was setup wrong on the server.

Hello,

It couldn't be.
Frontpage is in PLESK.

When I installed PLESK, it installed everything automatically.

I don't use Frontpage, so I am not familiar with frontpage.
Could it be on the client side?
Like enter the wrong information on their Frontpage software

Make sure you are using the proper address to connect to the server. I suggest to use just the IP.
Human error is very possible.

I have found that shared ip accounts don't work properly until the domain name resolves. ip based accounts work instantly

I use IP based.

Anyway, thank all.

I got PLESK to help me with it.
