Are you looking for recommendations or for hosts to respond themselves? If the latter, you'll need to get this topic moved to Shared Hosting and Requests.

A majority of the hosts on that frequent this forum have a reseller plan that would match your needs. I would suggest reading through the forums, finding a couple of hosts.. then using the 'Search' tool to read up on them and then make your decision from there.
You can also use sites such as findmyhosting.com, that allow you to narrow your host search results down by using things like 'Advanced Search' to specify what options and allotments you need for a price range you need.
