After having heard about how good modernbill is for hosts, I decided to go along with them as well and made an order last month. However, since Friday 31 Oct, I haven't heard from them regarding my account.

The only emails I have received were the confirmation email, and an email from them about my account details, which I replied to. Nothing ever since. I'm left wondering if they are even interested in operating their business.

After hearing nothing from them, I went around WHT looking for an answer and came across this post:

Has anyone had similiar experiences? After this incident, I'm not sure that I want to stick to modernbill anymore - my confidence in a company with such low levels of support just isn't there.

When you say "Account Details", did it include a username and a password? If not, goto

http://www.modernsupport.com and select the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link, enter your email and see what they say.

Nah, account details as in verification process, in my case: No matching Whois information.

I replied to it, but theres still no reply to it.

I can assure you they are not running a circus. Open a support ticket with them or email them.

I have open a support ticket to them 2 days back and have not received any response, have emailed to support as well, I seriously doubt if they are interested to have me as their customer.

Finally everything is in order now, called up modernsupport.

My account was just locked, wonder why..
