After having heard about how good modernbill is for hosts, I decided to go along with them as well and made an order last month. However, since Friday 31 Oct, I haven't heard from them regarding my account.
The only emails I have received were the confirmation email, and an email from them about my account details, which I replied to. Nothing ever since. I'm left wondering if they are even interested in operating their business.
After hearing nothing from them, I went around WHT looking for an answer and came across this post:

Has anyone had similiar experiences? After this incident, I'm not sure that I want to stick to modernbill anymore - my confidence in a company with such low levels of support just isn't there.
