GlobalWebSpace.com is looking for a highly motivated individual who knows Cobalt Raq's and Sun Sparq's like the back of their hand. The candidate should have:

1) Skills to troubleshoot customer support tickets ranging from "why isn't my email working" to "how come /siteadmin/ isn't working on my Cobalt Raq account".

2) Skills to install new programs and kernels on our servers.

3) References given to us upon request.

4) Flexibile Availability

5) The ability to make recommendations upon hardware, software and to be knowledgeable overall in the web hosting industry.
