Hi

I have been having constant problems with enom redirectors specially URL Frame for the past 24 hrs. Specially on .uk domains. Any one else experienced the same?

Cheers

Yes it gives Redection DB errors every once in a while. I also think e-mail forwarding is affected as well

I have contacted enom, last night and today and they have still to sort the problem out. This is unacceptable :(

Where does Mickey Mouse fit in this picture?

It is an expression we use in UK which means it's playing up or doesn't work properly.

Having spent the last month scripting a site for the Enom API i can say im a bit stressed about all this. They have had constant network issues, server problems and now i hear this
ahh well thats life i suppose. If things dont improve i will be looking elsewhere.

The only reason I went with enom was their bells and whistles. Let's face it their prices are no longer that great, they don't offer weekend live support and I have had constant headaches. This is not the first time that this redirecor problem thingy has happened either I had an exact same problem a month ago.

There are a lot more ICANN registrars with better prices than enom.

If they don't get their s*** together I will leave too. You can only put up with so much.

The forwarding works alright but now some of my domains have problems with cloaking. The URL Frame is not cloaking for some unknown reason

Managed to solve this eventually. The problem was with thew client's html code. He uses cool page to design the pages and the software puts in a short line of code which messes up the cloacking. Remove the code and you are back in business.
