I got one of their automated e-mails telling me they can't bill my credit card. Their first e-mail is pretty vague and just states that the transaction failed and to go to this URL they provide to update my credit card info. So..I went there, updated it and even called my CC company to verify everything is OK. My CC company says everything's fine, but they noticed no attempted transactions from any "site5" or the amount that site5 is supposed to charge me. So that was 2 days ago. Today I get another one of these great  automated e-mails with the same message except one extra bit of info. It says my CC expired. So..after a minute or two of pondering, I looked at my credit card and noticed the expiration date is 8/31/02. So...it looks like their system thinks my card expires 8/31/01 or something and their "great" system won't proceed with the process. I AGAIN, updated my CC info on this URL they provide. What irks me is I rather not go through all this BS and just CALL someone and correct things verbally to a LIVE person, but I can't find a phone #anywhere on their website! Anyone have a phone # for Site5.com?

For anyone that questioned whether I had put in the correct CC information to begin with such as the correct expiration date..yes I gave them the correct info. Afterall, they were able to charge my credit card for the initial setup. So the info they had was correct to begin with. Someone or something f*cked up over there.

On another note any recommendations for another host to transfer too? This is the 2nd time their service has become bothersome.

I e-mailed them back after their first e-mail. No response. Just got that 2nd automated e-mail. I really prefer to talk to a real person. This is like playing phone tag, but worse.

They don't provide phone support.

Where's your phone number? I want to call you.

At this time we do not offer phone support. This is our #1 request by far, and we are working very hard on getting a toll-free support solution up and running for you. In the meantime, our customers have been very satisfied with our Help Desk support. We ask that you use this or e-mail us if you have any questions.
