The cheapest place I've found for a .bz name is Network Solutions for $19, but there's a trick to getting that price and I don't know if it still works. I started ordering the name at the regular price of $35 a year, and then closed the order window midway through the process. A popup appeared offering registration for $19 a year for any amount of years up to five.

That was a month or two ago. Around the time I actually bought a .bz name, I started registering another one just to see if I could get the same popup to appear. A week or so ago, I got an email from NetSol offering the same $19 a year deal:

"The domain name(s) you recently searched for is still available. You can register it today for just $19 a year — this great rate applies to all available term options. That's a savings of over 45% on an annual term purchase.

ASDFASDF.BZ

i don't think it's that great, but I've got a client who needs it and sees it as a replacement for .biz which i guess in a way, can be. He's just looking for the lowest cost price.

In my particular case, they just happened to have tnt.bz available for $19US and I've always wanted a tnt from .whocares. (Turned out there were three more... ah, why not?).

Outside of that, I can't think of single reason to buy one unless a person is from Belize or doing business there. I really don't see the company pushing the domains as Business Zone pulling it off. Same with the shennagins of trying to push .ws as standing for WebSite.
