I'm looking for an American company or individual that can assist us in importing some hardware. We want to trial a remote IP console device in one of our racks but at this time the one we're after does not seem to be available in the UK at all, and it's closest relative is more like $3000 than $800.

Our US mail service that usually forwards letters to us has said they don't want to do this so we're after someone that deals in hardware and would be comfortable with the transaction. An ebay trader would be ideal as I'd suggest doing the transaction via a private ebay auction and using escrow.com for payment.

If you could do this please let me know what your fee would be to order the hardware and resend it to us, and (you have to expect the worst...) be able to handle the return in case the unit is DOA. We would of course cover the shipping, ebay and escrow fees.
