I am looking for a MOD that will allow the user to have ALL posts whether he/she initiated the forum or not to be emailed to him. This would be similar to a YAHOO group, msn board, or topica.

This needs to be a opt in/out option. Not everyone wants this option but many do.

I suggest you to take a look at phpBB.com forum in mods section.

That's where all phpBB modders hang out so if you request there you have much better chances to get your mod (and if you will mention money in your post then chances are even higher).

Also google this, as I am sure I have seen this one someone.
Maybe on phpbbhacks.com ?
