last week everything is ok then suddently NS fail in the dnsreport.com test. with error :

A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding.

where to check this and what to do to fix it?

If you can ping your nameserver and can use it then chances are a problem with the connection from DNSreport to your nameserver, in which case there is nothing to worry about.

If your name server is not working and not pingable then probably it is not set up probably.

Can you reproduce the error if you run a report on it again?

I've actually never had dnsreport fail on me without good, just cause. There's a couple of reasons why it MIGHT however:

A> Your network is extremely latent and it just couldn't reach the servers in time. This is best resolved by waiting a couple of hours and trying back.

B> You've blocked dnsreport in your firewall somehow. This happens more often than not.

If you're constantly getting this error, I'd suggest that you start looking at your firewall if you're running one. Make sure port 53 is not blocked. If that doesn't solve the problem, try the following command:

/usr/sbin/rndc status

from within the shell
If you're getting any result besides connection denied, then your nameserver is up and running
