Id like to run a banner ad for my hosting company for under $100 wheres the best place to do this that will actully bring in some sales?

there is always goto.com too..but they are expenssive in ways

i have very bad experience with banner advertisement. banner ads just did not work if they are not best designed and not target properly.

For $100 you can get about 8% click throughs if you bid the right amount.

You can try putting your advertising message at Google.com.
Google.com has a dynamic targeting program that allows you control your advertising in real time.

I suggest you to try to run pay per click program through clickxchange.com network.
