$35 USD if you bought it at networksolutions :P

less if it was elsewhere.

Felix is correct -

1. It's not a .com - reduces the value significantly.

2. It's not useful unless someone was absolutely desperate for a 3-letter domain or actually had a specific use for 6PG. And since it's not a .com, then it's worth precisely $35 USD.

maybe they want to start a company like:

6 pretty girls
6 perfect goannas
6 proud gorillas
6 puny geeks
6 pungent gooseberries
6 pale gorganzolas

Ok I'm about to reach for a dictionary so I'll stop before this gets crazy (got work to do after all *lol*).

and yeah it's not a dot com. I'm still pretty pissed I missed akashik.com by 4 weeks after using it as a handle for 3 years. At least akashik records uses the site (don't you hate when the one you want sits there for years with nothing but a place older?)

actually that's not too bad at all :) I like it!
I'm interested to know what you do get for it once the bidding stops (if you want to share). There is a definite attraction to a 3 letter domain so it stands a chance. Good luck with it.

*just looked at 6PG.com*

It's placemarked, and not active. Here's an idea. I'll give you that $1, start a page on it, trademark 6PG as something, and then go after domaincollection.com (who seem to have the .com) and get it off them for nix. Register 6PG.net and bingo!

All in all not a bad price to pay for all three domains, and it's a illusive 3 character domain. :)

Nah, it couldn't be that simple right?

Just a note for akashik;

it costs 1500.00 to go after them to get the domain name if you follow the rules and go through the arbitors. That is if you only want one judge. A 3 judge panel will cost you 3000.00 .

So,, it is not so cheap to get the .com after all.

I have a customer that lost his domain through the process, and I have seen the costs involved. Not to mention that from what I have been told by NSI reps, is that the arbitors are generally biased towards the person filing for the name, no matter what the justification to keep the domain is. So, you will most likely win... but not for 35 bucks.
