We are in need of both sales and support staff.

You can just do sales, just do support, or you can do both sales and support.

You will get 100% commission for the first month, then 20% each month after that.

For support, please tell me your available hours and desired pay rate. You will need to be able to communicate in great English and answer emails, support tickets, and chat.

Hello

Thank you for your interest in support staff. Unfortunately, Trexine is yet to be fully established which is why we currently can not provide 24 hour support, however, we are more than happy to give you a quote for 6.5 hours per day Monday to Friday and 14 hours per day Saturdays and Sunday. This totals 46.5 hours of technical support per week.

If you are interested in reselling dedicated servers, we are happy to do this (providing support and chasing around your reseller). For the flat monthly fee we'll provide :-

Customer Care
This is simply any work that is done by a hosting company that is not technical. For example billing, domain registration, domain transfer and name server updates etc.. all of the above are done by paperwork and not technical by nature. We have many departments and like to keep the tech staff doing technical work and the Customer Care staff doing what they do best looking out for the customers concerns about the setup and payment for hosting.

Any domain names that need to be registered will be charged to your account should you request. Billing will be with the billing software provided by yourself, however we will install 'PHPCoin' free of charge at your request.

Technical Support
This is the answer to the questions and issue of the customers on the servers. This can be done by tickets, chat, or email. We will answer all the supported areas within a time frame of 1 hour direct responce and 12 hours technical, however this is typically 6 hours, assuming the question is received whilst we are online for your customers.

Chat Support
Chat is a communication tool of support and customer care. It is much faster and cheap than phone support and helps cover issues with sales, support, and customer care services. We provide service via most chat utilities such as live chat or phplive.

Should you not already have a chat utility we will install Ababa Helper free of charge. We supply just 5 hours of chat support per day Saturday and Sunday and just 1 hour Monday to Friday in the monthly fee.

Admin Support
This is support provided to the client of Trexine. We can do installs, upgrades and changes need to be done on the server which the network operation centre does not support or will take too long to support. This could be install Helix server, using un-support directives in the server conf files, to PHP upgrades etc. They will have direct access to the support engineers of Trexine.

An estimated fee per month is charged at US$75 for 186 hours of support (technical and customer care) and 60 hours of live chat. Should we receive more clients within 2 months of you sigining up with us we will gladly upgrade you to 24 hour a day support for the same price.

All prices are negotiable and charged in United States dollars. Should you feel that $75 is too high a fee per month, we can charge you US$29 which is ideal for small resellers, including :

Limited to just 12 hosting accounts, however additional hosting accounts are just $2 extra per month.

Answer unlimited customer issues per month related to technical support or customer care.

Unlimited Email support for clients and up to 300 presales questions per week via email.

Up to 50 tickets per month answered for presales and up to 200 per client (eg. 2400 tickets total for clients)

1 hour responce guarantee during the service hours.

Trexine begin in 1999 but become who it is today only in January of this year. We limit our service to a support ratio of 2 clients for every 1 staff member, so that you won't have a very lost and confused sales member.

You may, and we hope you do, make quite good friends with your team so that you have a teamly atmosphere. We hire 13 staff altogether, however we intend on hiring many new, enthusiastic Linux administrators this month so that for every 2 clients there is 1 sales consultant and customer care staff member, and for every 5 clients there is one trained Linux administator and technical support staff member. Chat is currently on a ratio of one on one.

But for our pricing we could not afford to remain only in Australia, whilst the majority of Trexine is staffed by Australians, we also hire 1 UK, 2 Canadian and 1 Singaporian staff member. Just a word of warning : our UK staff member currently isn't responding to our telephone calls.

Our referal program will begin later this month, and can be incorporated into your existing website design. Using complex PHP scripting, when a user signs up and they have visited your website or in the referal box type in "jonmk1234" or whatever name you select, our database notifies us that you have referred another client to us.
