Is there a site that'll make you a custom T-shirt and then send it to you for cheap? (Cafepress is NOT cheap!! At least until they have a no-shipping charge day).

You can design the shirt online and get instant price quotes. I wanted to make one shirt and the place wanted to charge me $50 just to put my design into the computer, then $35 per design per shirt (using my shirt). You can buy some shirts in bulk at a clothing store or just cheap and then get this special iron on paper. You print the design from your computer to the paper and then iron the design onto the shirt (Make sure you print the design off in reverse as it's flipped when ironed on) ;) sHosts 11-02-2003, 12:18 AM Originally posted by ikf Xshare, if cost is a big issue then why not print the t-shirts yourself? Also, after it is 'pressed on', does it smudge up after you iron over the actual printed design? I know some shirts do that:( very annoying:( Also, how is the quality? (not image quality but pressed quality) AdamJ 11-02-2003, 12:19 AM it also depends on the detail in the tshirt, if its just a one or two colour text, or a simple image, its pretty easy to just screen print or even just use some contact. You can get some fabric paint that is permanent and if you just use contact, you cut out the stencil, and stick that to the tshirt, then sponge the paint on, its really simple. They are also coming out with spray on fabric paint which i ahve been using, and i got a stencil made for me by a friend of mine, is a single coloured vector, and it turned out real nice. ikf 11-02-2003, 12:25 AM Originally posted by sHosts Hmmmm..where to buy this iron paper??? (not image quality but pressed quality) Well I got mine at a local store. A quick google search will find places online. If not you can always look local as well. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=t-shirt+iron+on+transfer+paper It did not smudge on mine, in fact it came out great. The only problem I had was human error as I tried to print on dark colours (if you want to do that take a tip from Blue27 I think and print to white material, cut it out and sew it onto your desired shirt ;) ) The quality depends on your printing quality. I printed mine off and it looks fine. The next chance I get I will find a digital camera and take a photo of my work if you like?
