I know phpcoin is a very basic billing program... but I am having some trouble with it. If you would like to help me out, please instant message me via aim or msn... I would really appreciate it. It would be so nice if some experienced person (with phpcoin) could come and help me out.
Thanks a ton,
xeo david

David,
You might post more information on your problem. Somebody might be more willing to help if they know the nature.
When I used phpCoin, I found a post on the phpCoin forum always resulted in quick replies. You might want to try there. Of course, they do visit these forums often.

To do a monthly charge, you setup subscriptions in PayPal. Then PayPal will do the billing automatically for you.
You will receive an email notification from PayPal that they have paid.
There are two ways to cancel. If the customer notifies you, you can go in and cancel the future payments - and refund any funds due the customer. The customer can also log into PayPal and cancel future payments. You will get a notice that it is cancelled.

You'll have better luck getting support from phpcoin.com's owner, he's helpful pretty often.
