I have registered my domain (domainname.net) with network solutions, it has been more than one year. First I use the form from webprovider.com and they forward me to netsol to register my domain. Webprovider has upgraded their system and I was not notified to do the upgrade for my account with them.

I can't modify anything in my domain record, I also can't renew it either. I was talking to netsol from more than one week, and they keep sending me automatic reply. My inbox is full of it.
