All of Burst's numbers (the two of them!) on their site say 'Horizon are unable to connect you'.

Email doesn't appear to be being answered.

Yo, Burst. Is everything okay?

Just got the following

Yes, we're still here. We're actually moving our sales/support staff into
the NOC and the phone system is being moved. Is there anything I can help
you out with?

Sounds reasonable to me

Correct. BurstNET is actually closing our Bloomsburg PA Sales/Support office currently.
All of our staff is being re-located to Scranton PA, where our data center is located.
BurstNET is purchasing the entire building that houses our facility, and converting part of it into our Sales/Support offices. We found this necessary consolidation of our staff in our best interests, in order speed up reboots, as well as provide a higher level of phone support to our clients. With all of our staff in one location, including our newest hires that were already at the NOC, BurstNET is taking action to increase support call completion rates.

PS - We did have a short inoperable period with our phones due to the incompetance of Verizon and AT&T. Verizon messed up our new POTS line installs and had to re-install them, and AT&T neglected to fill a toll-free # transfer order that was made well in advance of the requested date. We got this all sorted out now though, and everything is pretty much in place in the new facility for phone support.
