Yes to all the above but they don't offer dedicated hosting that I know of at this time.

myPHPhost is run by Kryogen Technologies. My fiance has an account with them and I an an online acquaintance of the Owner. The owner is also a moderator of the Scripting forums at SitePointForums.com.


I do know that they have PHP4.02 and Zend Optimizer installed. Tech support is fast as well.

I would recomend them any day to anyone! The owner Vinay, is a awesome guy! He is always helpful to me even though I dun host with them! If you go with them, you would not have any regrets :)
