Down here also. Looks like a NS issue.

A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding.

I just called them and they said they were "Just Restarting The Router"? is this a common practice at 2pm on a business day?

If you search for "webreseller down" you'll see that they seem to have repeated issues. :)

We thought it was a router issue but it just turned out to be a bad cable. Originally it looked like the router but the cable reared its ugly head a few minutes into the diagnosis.

Downtime was about 5 minutes. So 35 days of 100% uptime and 5 minutes of downtime, not to bad.

Actually there is a guy back there holding his fingers across the network. His hair isnt standing up as much as I thought it would though... :stickout:

Snoozy, I can see your web site with no problems.

I would suggest you enter a ticket on this, it could be a problem with your particular server... If this is the case it will be resolved very quickly or you are more then welcome to call in to save time.
