Other aspects are of course that we do not wish to grow certain elements too quickly and run the risk of heading the way many other once-successful businesses in this industry have gone. Having said that lots of groundwork has in fact already been going on backstage to ensure successful growth. The time is coming very soon - hold onto your hats folks.
