Well I have decided to go with CitadelHost; however, they do not have a guarantee uptime which kind of puts me on the paranoid side.

For those who are with them, how are their services and uptime/downtime? :confused:

FYI: Uptime guarantee doesn't save you from hell if your site goes down for weeks. You really don't want to get back your subscription charge every end of the month because your website was not up 48 hours the past month.

Also, many companies that offer a refund make their TOS to where they rarely have to give out any sort of refund. I wouldn't be worried if a host such as Citadelhost doesn't offer a guarentee. I'm sure that a good host will always refund you if there is a real problem with uptime.
