Im thinking about doing reseller hosting does this sound like a good price?
$20/month
8 Gig Space
100 GB bandwidth
WHM/cPanel
Fantastacio
there will be no more then 10 resellers per server.

So you are going to have a server that has 80 gig of space in the home directory? I assume a 120 gig hard drive in the server since you are going to sell 80 gig of space and you are going to have 1000 gig of bandwidth a month to sell.
So if all that is true and you are getting the server for $100 a month???? That means you can sell 10 accounts and make $100 per server gross profit per month. Now if you add your ISP cost for a internet connection, the cost of your credit card or paypal fees, support cost, do a little advertising so people know about you, now if you do all support yourself 24/7... I figure you shouldn't lose more than $100 to $150 a month.
Sounds like a solid business plan to me.

A good method for deciding on a price is getting the cost first. Add up everything that costs you (ISP costs, support costs, advertising costs...) and then divide that by the number of GB of transfer. This will give you an idea of how much each GB costs you. I am sure that with your current plan, unless you heavily oversell, you will lose money and risk problems on down the road. Sure, as Monte said, you're going to lose money the first few months, but that's part of being a host.
