The following is a rant, and should be taken as such.

I signed up for CellularONE on May 18th of this year for a two year stint. Concenquently, my billing due date is the 18th of each month. This worked out perfectly, as I get paid on the 15th of every month. This was for 200 on and 200 offpeak minutes. No problemo. Also moble to moble on the same network is free.. blah blah blah.

Two months later (July), Since we found out my wife was pregnant, she started calling family down south all the time. Ok, that phone bill went up to about $200. So I called CellularONE and ordered the free weekend and nights (7p to 7a) for 4.99 a month, plus the 1000 minutes (after 400 is used) for another 4.99. no problemo, added $10 to my phone bill, with tons of minutes.

Well, everything was fine and dandy, until two days a go. They decided to go to a new billing system, and change everything.....

The due date was changed to the 9th, there's no way in hell i can pay it by then. They decided to say "There's no such thing as 1000 minutes, ever", and removed it from my bill, and charged me all last for it. They also claimed there were no "nights and weekends" on my account, and charged me for that too. Plus, they had the balls to charge by the minute (and air time) for toll free numbers. They only charged air time before.

All in all, the contract says im stuck with them for 2 years, no matter what unannounced changes they make on their end, and i'm stuck.

I hope someone bombs the headquarter.

As i sit here reading your post,.. for awhile i was seeing your concern, after all, it is in your gadamn right todo so, however, saying thing's like what i qouted above won't get you anywhere in this world. We have enough of people thinking in this world that if they can't get what they want they would retort to violence. I'm pretty sure you're going to apologize and say you were just frustrated and all and you might even edit your post and say your sorry and din't mean it litterally...But just think for a moment before condoning "bombing anyone" think about the people who died unbeknowst to them on what there true cause's is. Most people who die for no appearant reason were just going on with there business, either being on a bus in Israel or Tourist going up on one of the tallest buildings in the world or the police station in Pakistan or how about the freaking Red Cross who has a reputation of being unbiased to every culture in this world and still having being bomb by some people who just don't know how to find a sollution for their strugles...Just Think for a minute, i realize your pain, but $50 or so for phone bill that might have change in plans is not a Big problem. A big problem is seing your house being burnt to the ground by a wild fire. A cancer in the anus is also another major problem, but $50 a month on phone bills is not a Big major problem to be condoning violence.

Nah, no apologies here. And this is why I said the headquarter (sp?). The meat of the corporation, the only building where the decisions are made, and everybody there knows about it, and still works there. Nope, no need for an apology.

And sorry, I'm not a pacifist, or whatever the term is for people who just "take it" and go on with life.

Well, what if someone does bomb this building for you, do you think your going to escape the two years that you commited yourself into? No, they will keep on ramming you in the arse and might even raise the plan for everyone because they have to build a brand spanking new building.

Sitting around and do nothing wont accomplish anything either. We have Law and Regulations around here, if not, we get to have the law maker make one for us, this sometimes takes time and patient before it gets recognize and be passed. In a meantime, choose your plan wisely next time or do a research on a company that your going to do business with, this could save time and money for you and maybe a clearer concious too.

Noone asked you to be, but you make it sound way more "problematic" than it is.

Once could see it as that :) Better thing to do is to infatrate their company and bring it to it's knees.. ah well.
