Can anyone tell me of a good unix server to host my forum on? Here are some requirements.

-Unix
-CGI/Perl (with full permissions)
-Unlimited FTP Access
-Domain Name
-10 GB of transfer
-150 MB of space or more
-Fast, Friendly and Reliable Service
-$15.00 a month or less if possible

I'm thinking of signing up in web-spring, but I want to hear some opinions first.
