I am currently in the middle of adding a fully searchable database for my web hosting directory, i am looking for your opinon's.

What services would you expect from a reseller?
By this i mean services that the reseller WOULD get, not services which the reseller would advertise to their clients.

So far i have things like,

Data back up
Email virus protection
Personal name servers
Anomoynous name servers
SSL
Server side pgp encryption
Spam filtering
Sub domain name capabilties
Virtual IP Capability
Wap server abilities
Online control panel for setting up accounts

These would be clickable options when looking for a reseller, do you think i have missed anything important?

Any help appreciated,

Thanks

They would be services which the reseller could advertise as providing to their clients and will be in another part of the forms and search fields.

What i am looking for is services that the reseller would use not what their would advertise to their clients,

any ideas anyone?

- Can he offers custom plans or not?
- Does he get a discount off the normal monthly price?
- Does he get a large account and share it with his/her resold accounts?
- Can he customize the control panel?
- Does he have to do the support or is the support done by the company? If so, anonymous or branded?

Well, some hosts offer their resellers specials on occasion. A special might be a cheaper price on transfer, or diskspace, or maybe a good deal on a dedicated box.
