Hi everybody,
Has anyone got any experiences, opinions or comments about hsoting resellers?
Basically, who do you think is the best and who do you think is the worst?
Price, reliability, services offered etc.
Would be interesting to see results.

Hi Dan,
There have been several posts on this forum which has compared some of the top resellers (their features, pricing, etc.), I think if you ran a search these posts would be very informative and exactly what you are looking for.

I have to agree with artvision on that one. Perhaps if you gave us an idea of what you're looking for, we can then point you in the right direction.

Price - Reasonable and Realistics (Couple bucks a year for unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth... DON'T TAKE IT)
Reliability - Data Center information and Server Hardware Components are clearly specified. Uptime guarantee is a plus, but I think what's more important is you can show your clients the uptime stats for the past months.
Service - Willing to answer email/ tickets in fast manner. Able to keep you inform of what is going on and what they are doing to overcome the issue when "servers seem down". Online Chat Support is a plus, but if you think the "Online Chat Support" is not availble most of the time, you better not to have it there. I believe helpdesk support and active user forum are the "must" for most success reseller.

HTTPme and SplashHost are two comparitively old hands here - you'd not go wrong choosing either.

I see what you are trying to do, your trying to gather information but there is one thing that most people say....
"Theres no good host or bad host, its the host thats right for you"
all depends on what your loooking for, and the one offering you what you want is the one you go with.
