Check out www.ipswitch.com . They have solutions for Windows servers in terms of Mail, FTP, Antivirus for Mail, etc...

In addition for mail, you may want to check out MailEnable since it is quite affordable and free for certain versions.

Yep, mailenable is excellent in a single domain situation. If you have more then one domain, then it's aweful, do a quick search on mailenable in this forum for more info.
